Age requirement. Must be 16 years old to attend a hot class.
Studio opens 15 minutes early. Doors unlock 15 minutes before each class. Plenty of time to settle in.
44 spots per class. First come, first mat. Reserve in advance through Mindbody to lock your spot.
16+ for hot classes. The minimum age to practice in the heated room is 16.
We start on time. Class begins on the hour. Be on your mat a few minutes early.
$10 late fee. Arriving after class starts is disruptive to teachers and practitioners. A $10 late fee applies.
