All-inclusive Twice-daily yoga From $2,800 per person
Choose Your Week

Two dates. Same retreat. Pick yours.

Both retreats live in the same villa at La Joya in Sayulita with the same rooms, same SWEAT team, same flow. March 11-15 has the full room lineup. March 17-21 is bungalows only, the villa is sold out for that week.

The Reset

When was the last time you actually unplugged?

Not a weekend. A real reset. Seven mornings on the mat. Sunsets over the ocean. Nothing on your calendar but rest, movement, and real food.

No shoes. No schedule. No noise. Just the ocean and your breath. You come home a different person.

The best part of a retreat isn't the beach. It's doing it with your people.

All-Inclusive

This is what a week looks like

One price. Everything from the airport pickup to the last sunset over Sayulita is handled, so all you carry is a yoga mat and an open week.

01

4 nights at La Joya

A private two-story villa on the cliff with a Pacific view, plus bungalows tucked into the property. Pool deck, yoga decks, and a short walk to the beach.

02

Twice-daily yoga

Hot yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and restore on the open-air decks. All levels welcome.

03

Every meal

Chef-prepared breakfast, lunch, and dinner with fresh-pressed juices and snacks. Mostly local, mostly Mexican, all included.

04

Candlelight & sunset

A candlelit dinner on the deck, a bonfire under the stars, and the kind of golden hour Sayulita is known for.

05

Beach & town

Walk down to the surf town for a swim, a coffee, a wander through the markets. The beach is minutes from the villa.

06

Pool & cliffside deck

Long unhurried hours between practices on the pool deck, with the Pacific stretched out below.

07

Airport transfers

Pickup at Puerto Vallarta (PVR) and the drive up to Sayulita, both ways. You land, we take it from there.

08

SWEAT welcome bag

A bag of SWEAT essentials waiting in your room when you arrive.

Not included: airfare, NM sales tax, gratuities, and à la carte extras (bar, spa, guided surf or cooking lessons, tours).

Sunrise to Stars

A day at La Joya

Sunrise

Yoga over the ocean

Wake to the Pacific and roll straight onto the deck. Breath, movement, and the sun coming up over the water.

Morning

Breakfast & fresh juice

A long, slow gourmet breakfast. Fruit, juice, and nowhere to be.

Midday

Beach, jungle, or pool

Free hours. Swim, nap in a hammock, or hike to the jungle waterfall.

Afternoon

Workshop or adventure

A deeper practice or workshop, or kayak, paddleboard, and snorkel the bay.

Golden hour

Sunset flow

A gentle restorative practice on the deck as the sky turns. The day's quietest hour.

Evening

Dinner under the stars

Long tables, candlelight, the sound of the surf, and the people you'll be talking about this trip with for years.

The Place

A villa on the cliff in Sayulita

La Joya sits high on the cliff just outside Sayulita on Mexico's Pacific coast. Walk down to the beach, walk back up to the pool. A 2-story villa with floor-to-ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings, and a chef-ready kitchen. Bungalows scattered around the property. Yoga decks under thatched roofs.

Palapa-style casitas open straight to the Pacific. Yoga decks float over the sand. The food is farm-to-table, the jungle meets the ocean, and the whole place is built to leave almost no trace.
