Pick one. Done. We’ll see you on the mat.
Heated classes are 16 and up. Hot yoga at 97°F and 70% humidity is intense, so please consult your physician if you’re pregnant, managing a heart condition, or returning from injury. You’ll sign a brief participation waiver when you check in for your first class.
Light, stretchy clothes that still cover the necessities. You’ll be moving and twisting in every direction, so pick clothes that stay put. Drink plenty of water beforehand, skip large meals for three hours, and arrive 15 minutes early to settle in.
Plenty of water and a mat towel. We provide complimentary mats and blocks, and the locker rooms are stocked with organic shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair ties, and deodorant. Prefer your own mat and towel? Bring them.
Maybe a little sore, maybe a light headache. That’s your body detoxing and asking for water. Drink plenty before and after, add electrolytes if you sweat a lot, and come back to class. It helps your body acclimate and relieves the soreness.
Hot yoga is not about bending yourself into a pretzel. Saying you don’t do yoga because you’re not flexible is like saying you don’t eat because you’re hungry. Flexibility is one of the benefits, not a prerequisite.
